Description: This man is unhealthily muscled, almost every single one of his veins is visible when he is not flexing. His shirts and pants tend to be short and undersized for him due to the difficulty of finding a good tailor. He wears a broad hat to hide his balding. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He is cool and collected. He likes to make quips and puns whenever he does anything. He also makes a point to compliment his superiors and flatter them. He is obsessed with his god.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of brigands attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Wobbles fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Oblar isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born in the north to a Miller, Oblar learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. In his 14th year, his parents were killed by a drow raid, leaving Oblar alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has worked as a Miller like his mother before him.
