Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. His mother worked until he suffered an accident while they were digging through a hill for a new route.
