Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He is a great chef.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He always admired arcane-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he feels kind of lost in life
