Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. A true patriot, Bertram would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: When he was but 3 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Barrister soon after.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Bather and was forced into it by his family; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
