Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Bookbinder born in the past three hundred years. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. River was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright. However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.
