Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He wears baggy brown pantaloons and a blue scarf. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His black eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He is a very philanthropic person; he spends his free time working at various soup kitchens. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
