History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. A serious injury left his father unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm father. He inherited the family business which he has now maintained for 9 years.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the east; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
