As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Personality: He speaks before he thinks and is too direct. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: Gifted from a young age, Roge studied abroad. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: To prove his worth to the world.

Description: This western man is well dressed, constantly wearing a black suit, green shirt, and black tie. His clothes are grease stained in places. He sports a long white beard, and similarly colored long hair. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.

Personality: He is a Herbalist first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. Lance is a bit of a follower. Usually he is manipulated by his brothers into helping them out, but recently he has become more of a free agent.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Herbalist hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
