Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He dresses well, wearing blue shirts, loose pants, and blazers most of the time. His red hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a wide-brimmed hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Quiet and reserved he prefers to listen than to talk. He will nod occasionally and communicate nonverbally. He refers to his adoptive mother for almost all things he is unsure about, which are numerous. He is very much still a child and has not developed a drive for self-dependency.

History: When he was but 6 years old his parents immigrated from the north. A few years later when the west was not economically sound they moved to his current location. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
