History: Jak lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Jak was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

History: Born in the east his family was never financially stable. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.
