History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Skirt was born on a far northern plains where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Architect. He has worked as a Architect like his mother before him.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Laucian embodies much of what other species detest in the Elves. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.
