History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He struck the Brewer job and began his own company from there.

Through the years after Justin was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Junk Dealer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.
