He was a general practitioner in the north for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A freak accident while working with his Laborer father left him crippled. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying brother.
