Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears long strands of emerald and short blue dresses (or suits) accompanied by the proper stockings and shoes, with gloves of varying lengths. He has no hair. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He has a good heart but also a terrible temper. He will forgive often but not before yelling and berating someone for whatever they have done wrong. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Simon was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He struck it rich when he found rare goods in large quantities. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
