He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Halfling in existence. History: Watson was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His father was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his father was legitimate. He now owns his own business.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His family was being driven out of business by several neighboring competitors. The mother sought out extralegal help and others began closing their doors. He saw this and took pride in his mother's willingness to do anything to win. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
