Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: The child of eastern immigrants he idolized his mother. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

History: Hagren was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Orcs became a terror of the countryside. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
