History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Roland was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.

History: Varis was raised in a hard working conservative environment. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Bounty Hunter for hire.

Motivation: Find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister; and an old rival family wants him found

History: He comes from a rich northern family. He was one of the best in his class, and was picked up by his current employer. He quickly showed his capability and was soon promoted to a head role. He now owns his own business.
