He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. His family was turned out during the war. He and his family wandered east to less war torn lands. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he has money and likes to spend it

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.

History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Rivaan grew up listening to his mother's many stories. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Dragonborn conditions. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.
