Description: A 4'9" southern man, he tends to wear a large green jacket. His Stetson hat is riddled with cuts and holes. His violet eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He uses his nature as a weapon; he likes to lead opponents to think him in distress.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a daughter. Some 6 years later his spouse died after the birth of his daughter. Heartbroken, Efferil never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his daughter whom he trained as his father had trained him before.

His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Healer for hire.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. He worked as a nervous Tailor and found it very stressful. He now spends his time doing works of charity.
