Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. His brief stint in the army gave him the idea he was invincible and that he is the toughest man alive.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He moved out north to avoid the crime he committed. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He prefers to wear flannel. His auburn hair is unkempt and raggedy. He has brown eyes and a grey hat with a green feather.

Personality: He is irascible and easily irritated. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Baker business.

History: Born to a Fisher, his father struggled to pay the bills. A few years later when the south was not economically sound they moved to his current location. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and wants to have a good time and be beloved

Description: Runty and weak-looking, he prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. His hair is always cut to a buzz. He is baby faced.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Body Guard hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a weathered and beat up set of banded mail beneath an oversized yellow coat. His head has been shaved. His eyes are likewise amber.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is an amazing painter.

History: His druidic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Through the years after Jak was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Jak's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Jak and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it
