History: Sold as a small child to a slaver, Zaffrab was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He found a children's book about a Gnome Commoner who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Personality: Tarhun is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Tarhun was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This light-skinned male is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His tied-back hair is silver. His blue eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He snorts whenever he laughs or is feeling confident. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.

History: He is a Hag in disguise. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by goblins, and he desires to right it

Description: A middle-aged man, he tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, and is pretty ugly. He wears his chestnut hair up in a very large beehive style do. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.

Personality: He has a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor. He is not one for noise or eating so much, which is in direct contrast with his big mouthed big gutted partner. His partner is his best friend in the world. The two are very close despite being more or less each other's opposites. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
