He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Art is depressed about a lot of things. He tends to be a nihilist. His home and work are filled with various knick knacks he has acquired through the years. He cares a great deal for his adopted teenage daughter.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: A middle-aged man, he wears just a white suit, and is pretty ugly. His long auburn hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.

Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: A child with a great deal of music talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend.

Personality: He hates dire rats. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He will do just about anything if he becomes convinced it is for someone's true love, of this he is easily convinced.

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He was a friend to animals and a trickster. In his defense of animals however he would do severe harm to people. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He has passion for adventuring and risk; and a deep hatred of dire rats

Description: 4'4" and muscular, this eastern man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with blue lining and desert motifs. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His brown eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Vondal embodies much of what other species detest in the Dwarves. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when orcs swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Monk school at a young age so that he could practice his druidic talents. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by orcs. Vondal was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the orcs.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and wants to work out more often
