Description: He prefers to wear grey pants and tee shirts. He carries a battered shortspear and tarnished morningstar as well. He has a silver handlebar mustache and slicked back silver hair. He has green eyes.

Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this southern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when gnolls swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. His parents enrolled him in a Fighter school at a young age so that he could practice his arcane talents. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Halander fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: A deep hatred of gnolls; and he wants revenge against gnolls

Description: He tends to wear a heavy leather apron. Coupled with his rolled up shirt sleeves this gives him a very relaxed look, but does not cut a very imposing figure. He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'5" when asserting himself. His white crest is lengthy and is close to two feet long. His gold eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is a very good compulsive liar and kleptomaniac.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His necromantic abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture; and wants to open a new tavern

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull black iron scale mail. He carries with him a set of shortbows, each one with a ruby on the hilt. He only wears one on his belt and the other on his back. His hair is greying and his face has many wrinkles. His eyes are amber.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Elf in existence. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He was part of a huge silver rush, which was taken over by a mining company. The company confiscated a lot of silver, but the shipment was lost. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it.

Description: This younger middle-aged man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light white in addition to tight pants, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His brown hair is thinning but still full. His eyes are gray and beady.

Personality: He does not care much for physical appearances, nor does he care much for other people. He does however care about what he wants and getting it. He passes on several rewards to people in need. He makes a point to leave places better than he found them.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. At a young age his mother died while driving off some giants. His father being the stubborn sort decided to stay and helped train him in crossbow use. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: Marry his brother to traveling adventurers; and his relatives are trying to arrange a marriage
