History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Ghaliver was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Ghaliver fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: Emerald was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. Ostracized due to the necromantic powers of his oldest brother, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Tabaxis became a terror of the countryside. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC.

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Half-Elf, and stands approximately 5'8". He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame, and his gloved hand is found clutching a halberd. His golden hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Peren embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. The war was a terrible time for him, and Peren does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: He was born in the north. Through the years after Peren was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Peren's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: He loathes his own lifestyle; and to get a good night's sleep
