Description: This fat northern man has a bulbous nose and dresses in tan turtlenecks beneath a green coat with grey slacks. His skin is also unnaturally pale. His red hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has several tiny aquamarine earrings on each ear.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Marshal born in the past three hundred years. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Tûgog was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has worked as a Marshal like his mother before him.

Description: A middle-aged man, he does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and is pretty ugly. He wears a broad hat to cover his moderate length blue crest. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: He seems absolutely devoid of it. He stares off into space and will respond with overly literal and minimalist answers to questions. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when brigands swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: A deep hatred of brigands; and he seems to be bored by most things

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His silver hair is smooth and relatively long. His violet eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. He was taken from his home at a very young age. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

Description: 6'8" and muscular, this northern man wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle. He has done his best to style his brown hair to look like a famous performer. He has violet eyes and a grey hat with a brown feather.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He dislikes loud distracting noises, but is overall hospitable. His biggest love is that of knowledge and as such will purchase any books or pay to listen to tales that travelers might have.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. He dropped out of school before completing his studies. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to giants demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Someone believes him a fraud; and many giants want him driven away
