Description: He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. He is portly but not overly obese. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His face is covered beneath a completely black helmet.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.
History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He found a children's book about a Gnome Warrior who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: To reunite with his old friends; and he's looking for his big break

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he is wearing a long, black cloak. His chestnut hair is matted, messy, and big. His eyes are hazel and beady.
Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He is lazy and tries to find solutions quickly.
History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Kellen was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Marshal. He has achieved small success as a Marshal.

Description: He dresses well, typically a more casual-formal manner. He is physically well-built. His auburn hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He has a very pronounced jaw and large eyebrows. He wears rectangular glasses with silver brims.
Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Born to a Cartwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He is submissive, is generally bored by everything, but will take part in whatever people ask of him. He is by nature obliging.
History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Baz was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal
