Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and expand his business

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Foxilon isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: Foxilon was born with his father's beautiful face. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Marshal for the past few years.
