History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Doctor work with an outfit from a few towns over. Doctor work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Doctor for hire.

History: Gifted from a young age, Gerard studied abroad. His first spouse was a Sage, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Gnome in existence. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Oppleby lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
