History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Ostracized due to the divine powers of his oldest sister, he and his siblings struck out on their own. In the process these unassuming Half-Elves became a terror of the countryside. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Under his leadership it has flourished, and using capital from his venture he effectively owns an entire region. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
