Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. He has a habit of throwing himself into exceedingly dangerous situations.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious eastern family, he was no stranger to responsibility. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Description: This man is moderately tanned and has just the faintest trace of an accent. He likes to wear darkened spectacles and heavy clothing, no matter the weather. His white hair, when down, is lengthy. His face is scarred and worn.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

Description: He stands about 3'4" and wears a lot of dark rich colors, with gold accents. His left leg appears badly burned and disfigured. His red hair and beard is wavy and long. His eyes are green and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Bulzo isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He has the money to obtain near anything and knows that if you pay a man enough he will sell his own mother. Money is his most trusted friend.

History: A powerful brothel owner made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He leaves a trail of broken hearts and full pockets wherever he goes.

Personality: His tongue was cut out and he uses sign language. He feeds upon the attention of others.

History: He was born at the edge of vast desert. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: To get a good night's sleep; and he wants nothing more than to rejoin the army
