Description: This late middle aged man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with brown lining and desert motifs and is in decent physical shape. His black hair is greying along the sides and has receded to reveal a widow's peak. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Conrad liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized emerald on his right hand. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Slave Trader. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Slave Trader.

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He has a taste for the finer things and spends a great deal of money on luxuries, some more exotic than others.

History: A child with a great deal of poetry talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Merchant for the past few years.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is unsatisfied with his job

Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. His mother was supposedly a charlatan fortune teller, but he insists his mother was legitimate. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: His religion dominates his actions; and he has a rivalry with the church that dominates his actions
