Description: A thin man, he clearly needs to put on some weight, but he still has a lot of muscle. He wears tight fitting clothing which further accentuates his frame. His scarlet crest is slicked back into a classic pompadour. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. His actions favor neither the good nor the evil, as he answers to a power that mortal men fail to acknowledge.
History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
Motivation: Wants to work out more often; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: Wearing a closed helm and plate, one would not know what he was had he not made sure his armor was more form fitting than normal. Outside of the suit he tends to wear a brown poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt. His black hair is knotted and matted. He has several tiny topaz earrings on each ear.
Personality: He has two modes he varies between. On the job he is cold, steely and emotionless. Off the job he is a party animal. Fulbar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.
History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Fulbar grew up listening to his father's many stories. His childhood dream was to be a Ruler, but he was a colossal failure. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.
Motivation: Further expansion of business.

Description: This malnourished man very much looks the part of a Mayor. He has a small bristly mustache and wavy red hair. He has green eyes.
Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.
History: Morgran was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Barbarian, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Barbarian in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He tends to his Mayor job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.
Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Dwarven artifacts is his passion; and he's looking for his big break

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears a grey tunic with tan highlights, and long violet pants that bunch up around his shoes. His hair, while still mostly purple, has prominent grey streaks. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Modean isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Tiefling unity. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Modean grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Modean. He left for the south, certain he would find work there.
Motivation: He is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out; and he is content
