Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. A true patriot, Silvo would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born with several neurological imbalances, which makes sleep difficult for him. It may also be what makes him so good at details. Cursed with vampirism at a very young age, Silvo has worked very hard to control his curse. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. A freak accident while working with his Guard mother left him crippled. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Motivation: Wants to work out more often.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He keeps his auburn hair in a pixie cut. His ears are large.

Personality: Soft-spoken and well mannered, he has an amazing amount of patience and a slow boiling temper. As he has aged he has sought to do reparations for his actions as a youth. He is also making sure that his compatriots who never received punishment for their crimes are brought to justice.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions.
