History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Rhogar was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At some point he was captured by illithids and was tortured. After several years of this he finally managed to escape. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to illithids demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids.
