History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Bulzo grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Bulzo. Lacking all sense, he decided to go on an adventure. History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day.
