History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Howard was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He came across an abandoned tomb where he found a relic that called out to him. After picking it up he was cursed by vampirism.

History: Born in the south to a Priest, Gubrash learned a great deal about his father's area of expertise. Gubrash was orphaned to a temple shortly after his birth. He was raised by the temple staff to care always for others above himself and to hold his god always in his heart. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Priest.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark
