Description: This southern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has a long blonde beard with little hanging trinkets. His eyes are likewise green.

Personality: He hates illithids. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: The child of a Painter, who enjoyed hunting, Hobart was taken on many hunting expeditions. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by illithids. Hobart was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the illithids.

Motivation: To reunite with his old friends.

Description: This man wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with black lining and desert motifs, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His chestnut hair is lengthy. His black unseeing eyes seem to look past you.

Personality: He barks his statements quickly and with little fuss. He prefers small words and is at his heart utilitarian. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Tieflings.

History: Born to a Shipwright, his mother struggled to pay the bills. At a young age both his parents were killed in an accident. His uncle (a powerful person with enemies on both sides of the law) took him in and had him trained in basic self defense. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: Tiefling compassion; and a rival would like him out of the picture

Personality: Aggressive, abrasive, and angry, Aerdeth embodies much of what other species detest in the Half-Elves. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: Aerdeth was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Monk, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Monk in service of a powerful lord somewhere. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He was always very intelligent and has formed a secret society of philosophers.

Motivation: Meet up once more with his childhood friend; and to clean up the streets

Personality: He considers himself the perfect gentleman. He makes a point to always show proper etiquette and frequently critiques the etiquette of others. He also hits on women, regardless of circumstances.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has recently attracted an admirer that believes he's playing hard to get.

Motivation: He would like to get married and retire; and he feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world
