Personality: He is a sleazy, sleazy guy. He has no qualms about using his powers of suggestion to get people to do what he wants. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

Motivation: He's looking for his big break; and obtaining odd cultural dragonborn artifacts is his passion

History: Sethrekar was born in the south. At a young age he loved to build and create. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.
