History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the east. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a gnolls raid, leaving Nim alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Serpent was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.

History: Vanuath was born with his mother's beautiful face. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his brother
