History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Raer liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. History: He comes from a rich western family. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

He survived everyday through hunting and stealing from passersby. He did whatever it took for him to survive. He tends to his Layabout job now, and dutifully fulfills any obligations he has.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and balancing his hectic life and new layabout responsibilities is difficult
