Description: A man with thick toned arms and a paunchy gut. He wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His head has been shaved. His eyes are amber.

Personality: Stoic and calm, he prefers to meditate than take action. He is fiercely devoted to his mother, and views his mother's ex-spouse as an evil person for separating him from his legal half-brother.

History: Qualen was born the youngest of three triplets. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Adventurer work with an outfit from a few towns over. Adventurer work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He became a Adventurer soon after.

Motivation: Wants to raise his children well; and balancing his hectic life and new adventurer responsibilities is difficult

Description: He prefers to wear blue clothing when he does not wear armor. With a patchy auburn beard and wild auburn hair. His eyes are a pleasant hazel.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Berrian grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Berrian. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Motivation: A rival would like him out of the picture.

Description: This dark-skinned male is typically in his Bather uniform. He is tall, broad shouldered and powerfully built. His silver hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His eyes are likewise blue.

Personality: He is envious of other's things. He hoards treasure, art, food, wine, and anything that he so desires. He moves from fascination to fascination almost instantaneously. If something can keep his interest for a month it is impressive.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. While he appears to be a normal Half-Elf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has worked as a Bather like his father before him.

Motivation: To be a Barrister again.

Description: A 3'2" western man, he wears a robe, a symbol of magic around his neck, and a ceremonial dagger on his belt. His golden hair is smooth and relatively long. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He is a ruthless business man, a trait he acquired from his father.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the west. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the west.
