History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Arannis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Guard who has hired him part-time. He loves his children and doesn't want them to worry about him. He loves to share his poetry with anyone who is interested.

History: River lived on a farm with his father, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. He has since lost track of the people in his past.

History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Cursed with a spirit at a very young age, Aldous has worked very hard to control his curse. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: His voice, at times compared to that of a Nymph, lambasts those who consider themselves "civilized" with snide, belittling remarks; the subtle growl he speaks with growing louder in doing so, one can find it most pronounced, despite the otherwise natural purity of his tone. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born the oldest of a large religious western family, he was no stranger to responsibility. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.
