History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. Umpen was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Umpen decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. A fanatic, his devotion to his small selection of gods is unquestionable. He claims to be doing their will and will base all his actions on whether or not they would be pleasing to the gods.

History: Rûg was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He always admired psionic-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
