Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this northern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: Hobart was born in the north. At a young age he loved to build and create. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
