Personality: He has always had a great fascination with Tiefling culture. He invites people to come help in his community garden.

History: Gifted from a young age, Leucis studied abroad. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Tiefling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Tiefling doctor. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Locksmith. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He is terrible with names forgetting people's names several times before they finally stick; this causes him no end of embarrassment.

History: He was born into a rich family. Through the years after Mamnen was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Mamnen's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Mamnen and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and balancing his hectic life and new locksmith responsibilities is difficult

Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with dancing. He constantly tries to fill his life with dancing. He is underhanded and not above using his wealth and body to get others to do his bidding.

History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.

Motivation: To unite with his sister; and he's looking for his big break

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He takes great joy in being the best Barkeep in town.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Barkeep. He's also a talented Gardener, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
