History: Gifted from a young age, Iados studied abroad. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Iados fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He is vehemently anti-magic. All of it is evil and corrupting in his opinion.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Kody was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the east. Kody's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Personality: He is a man who does what he needs to. He will acquiesce to black mail and extortion to avoid trouble. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: Heian was raised in a hard working conservative environment. His first spouse was a Baker, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Baker they were divorced and he won custody of their son. He worked as a Bather, and he later adopted a second son.

Motivation: Revenge; and sabotage a competitor

Personality: He is mildly Halfling supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. When he came of age, he joined a caravan that would eventually take him to the capital. He would practice along the way and, when he arrived, be apprenticed to a Bowyer. He has set out to sabotage the competition.

Motivation: He is unsatisfied with his job.
