Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. His white hair is unkempt and raggedy. His green eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Abrasive and pushy, he has a hard time making friends. He does suffer from mild PTSD, and the sight of gnolls may trigger it at times.

History: Carrie was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by gnolls, and he desires to right it

Description: A pudgy man standing about 4'2" has a big stupid grin on his face most of the time. He wears rags and sports a simple walking cane. His red hair is heavily combed to the left. He wears crescent spectacles with a black brim.

Personality: He cares much about the opinion of others, both in good and in bad: when keeping in line with his opinion, he thinks highly of the other person, but when opinions clash, he can get violently argumentative. He takes great joy in being the best Sculptor in town.

History: He got into the Sculptor business at a young age. While he appears to be a normal Dwarf, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He's attracted to the PC; and he's in love

Description: This man stands a little under 3'1" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is renowned for his bright white suits and hats. His auburn hair is smooth and relatively long. His gray eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He lacks moral complications. He does what he is told to by employers but not much else. He spends his money on whatever he fancies at the time.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Glassblower and found it very stressful. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by drow, and he desires to right it

Voice: Speaks with a cold

Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep brown leather and dull grey iron scale mail. His red crest is thinning but still full. He was beautiful and young once, which still shows through his age, but it is a faded beauty.

Personality: Friendly and accommodating he would invite many more into his home than his spouse would be comfortable with if they did not express concern about it. He is susceptible to being scared and is in actuality easily frightened. He likes to tell stories.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. A serious injury left his mother unemployed and in need of constant care. His family became saddled with debt trying to care for his infirm mother. He now spends his time doing works of charity.

Motivation: He is wracked by social anxiety; and he is terrified, and will act out of fear
