History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. He always admired martial-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is a Dilettante first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He cannot deal with unfamiliar people for more than a few minutes at a time and if they persist he will grow angry at them.

History: Born in the south to a Dilettante, Theren learned a great deal about his mother's area of expertise. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He ran away from his former home and has been making his living as a Dilettante for the past few years.
