History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when giants swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by giants. Oblar was horrified and prayed that his father was alright. However, he heard that his father had died fighting off the giants.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and his name or reputation has been wronged in the past by giants, and he desires to right it

Description: He is constantly adorned with expensive silk clothing, often dyed in bright blue and green, and wears rings and necklaces with large, colorful gems. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his sickle, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a cross on it. His brown hair is long and unkept. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: Cocky and sure of himself, he believes he is the best Painter born in the past three hundred years. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. He worked as a nervous Painter and found it very stressful. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes giants are coming to abduct people. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He has money and likes to spend it; and he possesses a valuable artifact that the thieves guild wishes to steal

Voice: Thin and wheezing

Description: Standing 2'10", this man wears clothing that is held on in multiple layers but all of it is in poor condition. He has a very tight haircut. His half smiles and green eyes are beguiling and draw you in.

Personality: He fancies himself a trickster and likes to rely on his wits to carry the day. He cares for his older siblings and likes to be recognized by them. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Halflings.

History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. Since his father passed away years ago, his mother had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He has been saving his money to try and buy his sister's freedom.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and doesn't want to be a navigator and was forced into it by his family
