Description: This malnourished man is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. His white hair is braided into rings. Judging by the bloodshot nature of his eyes and the massive bags underneath them one would imagine he has not slept for days.

Personality: He will use flattery and sarcasm to attack and weaken his opponents. Despite his formidable combat skills he remains a coward. He is afraid of women and trembles around them

History: Trained by his mother for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His mother was a soldier and died while he was still young. Krimmon was left his mother's suit of armor and trained in its use and care. Recently a tribe of gnolls attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Krimmon fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. While he appears to be a normal Gnome, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.

Motivation: Money/treasure; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

History: He was born into a rich family. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality.

History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Hupe was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He helped his mother out around the business and became quite the natural. He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature whip.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Baker responsibilities is difficult; and sabotage a competitor
